Expiry of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be removed from your account balance without notice. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.

Bet Acceptance

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes abc678's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
